How do I know if my product is eligible for a refund and/or replacement?

Can I return my items after the return window as expired?

If you experience issues after Hippo Rush’s return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

How do I pack my return parcel to make sure it arrives in adequate condition?

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Hipporush packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to Hipporush.

What can I do if my return request was not accepted?

If your return request does not meet Hipporush Return Policy conditions, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.

How long does it take to receive my replacement?

  • It will take between 7 and 21 days to send you the replacement product, depending on your location.
  • Please refer to the product page on hipporush.com for further information about delivery time.

How will I get my refund and how long will it take?

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (3-4 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
